well, next we are heading to Gunung Jerai. To go to the peak of mountain, we have to rent a car+driver which is a very old car with a very old driver. He said it takes 30 minutes to go up there. and the road... is superb!!! meander road..!!! but the car is great as well as the driver..!!! and when Rio starts to sing with his guitar, the driver turn on the radio and the song is soOoOo oldies..!!! like the song when my grandma still in her highschool.. n hasnt meet my grandpa yet. haha.. we laugh loudly, so we have to enjoy the song. And when we reach the top, the driver said there is construction there, so car is not allowed to enter the place, but with only walking around 5 minutes we'll reach the peak.
So we are walking to the top of the mountain. View of contruction in progress is eveywhere, the resort, the restaurant, the park, the cafe.. it's like everything!!! so there is nothing to see there actually except u want to share ur engineering knowledge bout construction to the workers..!! and suddenly come a man with his boots and helmet, telling us actually we cant enter the place because it's under construction.. what the..!!!but beside that the wheather is too hazy and we cant see the view from top there. So we decide to go back to the car and go to taman rimba, a park in the mountain. but before get into the car, we make a movie. with me holding the videocam, Munirah and Muhammad taking pitures, Nia open the tripod, and Hisham as black jack *or black jack skeleton???? =p and our DUO, Rio play the guitar and Walie sing "Curi-Curi Pandang" by NAIF with changing the title to "Resort tutup, pembinaan sedang dijalankan, tidak dibenarkan masuk" as written in the sign board outside the construction site... =D

After packing up all our staff, it's time to say goodbye to hotel Seri Malaysia Alor Star. And now we are heading to Penang, but we plan to have some stops to snap pictures. The first place is Masjid Bukhary, Alor Setar. It's damn hot outside the mosque.. but for the sake of pictures, we still have to stand there.. The mosque is beautiful!! seriously..!! you will feel like u are in a masjid somewhere in arabic country, with the dates trees and the pond.

then Rio starts to make a joke over Nia and Hisham who use Rion to cover them from sun, then we all starts to laugh loudly. THen.. here comes the security guard!!! He tell us not to take picture of the mosque. If we still willing to do so, then we have to get the permission from the staffs of the masjid. OWh please pakcik..!!even Masjidil Haram and Masjid Nabawi, u can take pictures outside it, as much as you want!!! Why cant we take pics in here??? very unreasonable!! then Rio said "come n get the permission first.." but i said "NO way i'm gonna do that..!! why cant we take pictures OUTSIDE the mosque??" *stubborn me is coming back!!! no, it's just unreasonable. if the guard said we cant take pics inside i still can accept it.. but outside? oh come on pakcik.. are u so bored?

Day 4 - Sunrise in Paddy Field, Kedah

Day 4 - Paddy Field in Kedah

Yeay.. today we have to wake up EARLY MORNING. No..not all the trip member, only those who wants to capture the sunrise in paddy field..yeayyy!!The night before we agreed to go to the paddy field to catch the sunrise, so we have to go at 6am.. But the fact is, i just woke up at 5.40am, pray and wake Munirah up.. she look like doesnt want to leave the bed.. she opens her eyes, look at me, and closed her eyes again.. i just said "mun..wake up..nk pegi tak?" more like whispering! That's my weakness, i cant wake somebody's up, because i'll feel guilty to disturb the peace in someone's face when they asleep. But this time you really MUST get up Mun!! Because me and Muhammad really have no idea the way to the paddy field!!! Luckily after 5 minutes she wake up and get ready. Then i called Muhammad to wake him up, he already wake up, but hasnt ready yet. Then at 6.30 am only we go to the paddy field, me, Munie, Muhammad and Hisham..
We follow the way to Titi Hayun waterfall, the place we visited yesterday. But somehow, we lost!!! as usual..hahah.. but still it's paddy field on the both side of the road. Before the sun rises too high, we stop in the road side, catch some pictures and then i feel cold.. then i asked Munie whether or not whe feel cold, she said no and also does Muhammad and Hisham.. then Munie make a conclusion "it's because you did not take ur bath.." mwahahaha.. so actually everyone's there already have their bath except me..!!! but who cares anyway, i'm still in a good smell though. thanks to Escada..!!! =p and still they Muhammad use me as his model..so.. who cares bout not taking bath?? well, in photography world, it's what you see, not what you smell rite??? =p

Day 3 - Highwayside Jitra, Kedah

On our way to go back to hotel from Jitra, we stop to take some pictures.. and here they are.. cool pics with cool lens.. fish eye!!! =D never imagine that the view from highway could be this cool before.. that's why i like photography.. u see the world in a totally different angle.. what seems ordinary to people are extraordinary for you.. and there how you learn and admire about the creature of Allah.. =)

Day 3 - Titi Hayun Waterfall and Jitra Lake, Kedah

First thing in the morning was.. where to go in Kedah? luckily Munirah's friend already give her map and spots to go in Kedah, and the first one is Titi Hayun waterfall.. It takes like an hour to go there. why? because we were lost..!!! haha.. n we did stop at the grocery to buy snacks, ice cream, Nia and Muhammad bought slippers..!!! Nia with the TRANSFORMER slipper and Muhammad with the RM 12.90 slipper*which actually Munie bought the same slipper with only RM 3.90 in KL.. Owhhh we love KL..!!! =p

And when we get to Titi Hayun waterfall, there was a guide said that if we want to go inside, we should have a companion by a tourist guide with price RM 200. hahah.. no THANKS!!! we did survive in Ipoh's jungle on our own, so spending RM 200 is not an option. After deal with him, he allow us to go inside. And this jungle is much more scary than the one in Ipoh.. i dont know why, maybe beacuse i saw lots of leeches.. and mire.. but finally we got to the point where we think we want to stop and snap some pictures..

we did took a lot of pictures, making some videos *ohh i love the videos where me, wallie, muhammad and rio sing Dewa's song"sedang ingin bercinta". We sing it very loud in the waterfall..!!! heheh.. crazy us!!!

next we go to Rumah Kelahiran Dr. Mahathir, because Rio really wants to go there. .so we go there, and since cameras are not allowed, we did not take any pictures. but we watch videos and diorama bout Dr.Mahathir. . and after that we're having our lunch in Pekan rabu. dont ask me why they call it pekan rabu.. Rio said "di jakarta namanya pasar rebo" while Muhammad said "it's a wednesday market" arghh... they are trully a "rumah bahagia" member.. =p

after having lunch, we did not going back to hotel. why?? because we think that if we're going back to hotel then we have to take a bath and take a bath means we have to change to new cloths, and since we're sort of lack of new clean cloths we decide to straightly go to Jitra..!!! =p

Jitra lake is quite nice, more like Putra Jaya lake, and we take paddle boat to going around the Jitra, exclude Munirah, because her cousin's coming. So since the paddle boat only meant for 2 persons, me and nia going together, Muhammad with rio and Walie with Hisham. It's tiring!! damn much!! because you have to paddle all the way to going around the lake..!! So the 6 of us decide to stick our boats together, so only 1 boat to paddle in one time. And here comes the problem,the stick which is uses to control the direction of the boat is not working!!!! for all boats.!! and here we are, paddle all the way without even moving..!! yea we did moving, but it's like only in the same place... hahah..so finally, walie and hisham decide to separate from us and paddle on their own to go back to land. Me, nia, Rio and Muhammad still stick together, and after like 20 minutes, we reach the land. I will never ever take a paddle boat again!!! never!!!

Day 2 - Kellie's Castle

Yeap.. i guess i should mention that since all the pics in this posts are taken by him.. =p

Well.. after having Cave trip, on the way to Taiping Lake garden, we stop at Kellie's castle. This place located nearby Ipoh.
This castle was built by Kellie's Smith. He actually wants to build a house like the style that the one he has in England. That's why he built this castle. The style of old castle is very obvious.. In front of the castle there is a river and a bridge on top of it to get into the castle. It really is like a castle in the Europe. There were a store for wines, and he got his own room for bar. But the castle never been finished since Kellie died when the development in progress.
When we walk around the Kellie's castle there were posters stated that it is believed that the spirit of Kellie is there. But it also stated that Kellie died in Portugal.. hmm.. how can he get to Ipoh then?? Let that one remains unanswered..

Oh well after lookin around the castle, we are heading to Taiping. In our way to go there we stop to have our lunch and pray. But unluckily while eating, the rain is falling and we cant go to Taiping Lake garden because of heavy rain. So we just continue to next destination, Alor Star, Kedah.. and palnning to go to Taiping Lake garden on our wayback to KL.. Me and Munirah has to be extra carefull while driving, but it was fun though.. cold.. and i cant stop to eat some snacks while driving.. =p

Day 2 - Tempurung cave, Perak

Day 2 - Tempurung Cave, Perak

Yeay.. day 2, after having our breakfast in Hotel, we're heading to Tempurung cave.. We are so excited. We chose the Package 2, where we will go to the highest peak of the cave but in dry area. There were 4 packages in this cave trip. And once get into the cave, Munie and Muhammad starts to set their DSLR up, adjusting the features so the beautiful scene captured will clearly be seen. In addition with that, we have to walk all the way to the highest peak.. It spends like 45 minutes to the top, and we are walking about 3 km. Quite tiring but fun! Seeing the stalactit and stalagmit with our own eyes. I believe years ago there were people living in this area and OMG i cant imagine how could they stand live in a cave..

Day 1 - IPOH, PERAK

Day 1 - Ipoh, Perak



These are the view of the waterfalls of Chepor in Perak. Get into this place are full of adventure!! we have to walk along the jungle for like 3 km, without knowing any direction, without compasses, just walk along the river. and we approach there around 4 pm, the weather starts to raining but Thank God it was not!!! in here we took a lot of pic, makin some movies and everyone's enjoying playing with the water of the waterfall. But the stones are soOo slippery. There was one time, Muhammad wants to take the tripod to take picture, but he slipped and about to fall to water.. he was trying to reach everything near him and.. that was ME!!! So we felt together to the water.. =D And another story is bout Muhammad and Rio, their feet is bitten by leeches...



At night, after having bath, we start doing WISATA KULINER.. eat Ikan Bakar with TomYam Soup and Kailan..Yummy..!!! after having our meal we were having our meeting to discuss bout trip and places to go for tomorrow.. =D

DAY 1 - Ipoh, Perak

Departing at 8 am from Uniten, me and my friends are heading to Ipoh, Perak. 7 persons and two cars are just a nice number to travel. The pic is somewhere in Perak, at the side of the highway, we stop to see the view of KL from up here. Not so clear though but cool, aint it?

First Post! KLCC and KL Tower

Hai Hai Hai..WELCOME to my blog. this blog is not so much about stories of my life actually but more about STORY OF PICTURES i've taken. well i am just a beginner of a photographer to be.. oh well..i just love to taking pictures..

Hurmm..for the very first post, i put this pictures of KLCC or Twin Tower, the trademark of Malaysia, the place i'm studying in now. Beside the Twin tower is the KL Tower. .both are located in heart of Kuala Lumpur, in Ampang.

In between the twin tower, there's a skybridge. Believe it or not, after 4 years living in Malaysia, i've never been to that sky bridge =D but yes i've been to KL Tower once. The view is great up there, but get in to the lift which bring you to the highest level of this tower was much moOore exciting. Just imagine you enter the 2x2x3 metres cube which will bring you up to more than hundreds meters!!! haha...
